Astral Amalgamation
Astral Amalgamation is an advanced form of amalgamation that converts your Guhs into Guhvian Crystals, a premium currency used to purchase Skill Tree upgrades.
How It Works
Unlike regular amalgamation (which converts Guhs into Guhp and Dark Guhp), Astral Amalgamation sacrifices your selected Guhs to produce Guhvian Crystals based on their combined rarity scores.
- Navigate to the Astral Amalgamation page.
- Select the Guhs you wish to sacrifice.
- You can save a limited number of Guhs from sacrifice (see Carry Limit below).
- Confirm the amalgamation to convert all unsaved Guhs into Guhvian Crystals.
Carry Limit
You can choose to save Guhs from sacrifice. The number of Guhs you can save is your carry limit:
- Base carry limit: 5 Guhs
- Dimensional Pocket skill: +2 carry slots per level (max +20 at level 10)
- Maximum possible carry limit: 25 Guhs
Any Guh not saved is sacrificed and permanently removed (soft-deleted).
Crystal Yield
The number of Guhvian Crystals you receive is calculated from the combined rarity score of all sacrificed Guhs:
Crystals = (Combined Rarity Score / 500) × Yield Multiplier
The Yield Multiplier is boosted by the Crystal Refraction skill:
- Base multiplier: 1.0x
- Crystal Refraction: +5% yield per level (max +50% at level 10)

Higher-tier Guhs produce exponentially more crystals. It is generally more efficient to sacrifice a single Celestial or Transcendent Guh than dozens of lower-tier ones.

Your profile tracks Astral Amalgamation statistics:
- Total Astral Amalgamations: How many times you have performed Astral Amalgamation.
- Max Sacrifice Count: The largest number of Guhs sacrificed in a single Astral Amalgamation.
Tips
- Use Astral Amalgamation strategically — Guhvian Crystals are the only way to upgrade your Skill Tree.
- Save your best Guhs (highest rarity) and sacrifice the rest to maximise crystal yield.
- Invest in Dimensional Pocket first to increase your carry limit, then Crystal Refraction to boost yields.
- Regular amalgamation is better for quick Guhp; Astral is better for long-term progression through Skill Trees.
